Little Steps
Little Steps is the reading scheme in Lancashire libraries recommended for children 2 to 5 years of age where you meet friendly jungle animals who will help you learn about new topics with recommended reading and exciting activities.
Pop into the Harris Library in Preston Guild Hall to chat with one of our friendly librarians who will issue out a Little Steps starter pack which includes: a bright tote bag, stickers, informational resources and a leaflet to keep track of reading. Little Steps has been created to improve children’s communication, support mental health and well-being, and get active.
