Harris Gift Shop Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing your Harris Gift Shop order, but in case there’s a problem with your item, below is all the information you need to process a refund or return.

Made the order by mistake?

Don’t worry, as long as you let us know before the order has been processed (between 1-2 days after the order has been placed) we can cancel and refund your order. Please contact our team by email at theharris@preston.gov.uk.  

If you do need to make a return, please send it back to us using the information below.

Returns policy for Harris Gift Shop items:

If you receive the wrong order or your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible via email at theharris@preston.gov.uk As long as your refund is requested within 14 days of purchase, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund for you.

How to return Harris Gift Shop items:

If you’d like to return your order, please send the items back to us with a return address to:

Once we’ve received the item with a return address, we’ll process your refund or replacement. Please make sure you return the item in the same resalable condition as received, in its original packaging.

We will issue your refund back to the same card which was used to make the initial payment. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks, however once processed, the refund could take up to 10 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.
